PAGYSA, The oldest dried fruit company still in activity in Turkey

Our company’s founding can be traced back to the early 1700s, when Gabriel Pagy was empowered by the Chamber of Commerce of Marseilles to settle in Smyrna and survey trade to and from France by establishing a counter link between the French and Ottoman Empires. The first written evidence of our mother company is in an accounting book proudly in our possession and goes back to 1821 under the Gabriel Pagy & Fils name. As our founder was selected by the chamber for his integrity, we honour this legacy in our current operations: 200 years since our start in 1821, our dedication to processing and exporting dried fruits is still driven by the same ideals of integrity and reliability.
