Although each factory has its own lab for physical controls and chemical tests, we have pooled resources and do all the micro and toxin testing in our Izmir lab facility. Using the principle of risk assessment, we focus on testing extensively those items which present most risk, especially aflatoxin in dried figs and ochratoxin in vine fruit.
